He said he is eager to return to the South and lead the team at Paragon Casino Resort. Prior to his service with Seneca, Madigan gained experience in the gaming industry, serving as a general manager, assistant general manager and chief financial officer at several facilities over nearly two decades. He holds a master’s degree in management and a BS in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. Madigan comes to Paragon after nearly two years as the Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with Seneca Gaming in Niagara Falls, New York.
